Suganthy David is heading Group Sustainability for Unitrade Industries Berhad. She was previously attached to InvestKL, a federal investment promotion agency under the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry where she was also the Project Director for the ESG & Sustainability Connexion Centre.

She was a Senior Case Counsel with the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration, where she headed the adjudication division and spearheaded medical mediation. Prior to that, she was lecturing law for four years.

Suganthy is currently pursuing her Ph.D in Sustainable Development in University Malaya. She also holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of London (External Programme) and a Masters of Law Degree from University Malaya.
